I got my first "I lost 10 pounds" ribbon this week!

WOOT!

3.2 pounds this week, for a total of 10.

Yesterday was a really sucky day as far as eating goes. I ended up with my journal for the day - not even half full of food, and I went over points, and into my flex points, and didn't even get all of my fruits and veggies ( Read more... )

Well, after my non counting of points, and that big juicy steak I ate, along with that onion blossom that was sitting in a puddle of grease.. I only gained 4 ounces. LOL.. No worries, better next week!

I have lost another 3.6 pounds, for a total of 6.12 over 2 weeks!

The water consumption is still a struggle, but I counted all of my points, and did really well with everything else!

I started back at Weight Watchers tonight. I used to go, but haven't been in nearly 2 years as I had a baby and all. I'm now back to where I started from when I started going last time. LOL! I went and signed up today, and just in the nick of time too, because it starts tomorrow at Mohave Community College. I'm VERY excited - and nervous!
